There’s also a sarcastic ex-FBI supercomputer called Charles who sometimes answers the phones, and there’s a rumour about a copywriting monkey in the basement. But that’s just a rumour.

I started The Word Department because every company's writing was starting to sound the same - there was no sense of personality.

Now those in the know hire me to write words for them whenever they need an experienced copywriter
